2010-2011 Community Outreach

The Performing Arts Association presents some of the world’s finest actors, musicians and dancers, but when PAA brings performers to your child or student’s classroom then learning takes center stage. As a parent or educator, you know that developing a student’s creativity and imagination is one of the most important things you can do. That’s no easy assignment.
Our Arts Education program will help develop young minds to be prepared for the 21st century job market. Arts education teaches creative thinking, problem solving and team work.
If you are interested in bringing PAA Arts Education workshops to your school or classroom, please call the office and we would be glad to share our training schedule with you.
At the Missouri Theatre
Theater, dance and music productions complement your educational objectives.
At your school
An extraordinary resource: invite world-class artists to your school in conjunction with a unit of study or for workshops, assemblies or a school-wide festival.
More
Master classes, workshops, and residencies with the Performing Arts at the Missouri Theatre and at your school.

Missoula Children’s Theatre
Twice a year a little red truck with Montana license plates pulls into St. Joseph with everything it takes to mount a full-scale
musical production, except the cast. On Monday, approximately 60 local children from our community are cast and by Saturday,
we have a musical performance.
